Great for backyard practice and cat fishing. A spey adaptor is available separately to convert your MPR to a two-handed casting tool, while the Double Haul Kit allows you to get your hauls dialed before you hit the water.

"mpr and spey adapter"

Review: got the mpr and spey adapter to dull the winter fishing blues. tons of fun. and really helps with casting form and accuracy. if you are new to fly/spey casting this is a great product to give you a feel for what loading the rod feels like and how to form a nice, tight loop.

Review: Like most stuff on the Internet you can get these practice rods from about anybody. I choose to buy things like this from Travis and his capable crew as they have again and again treated me like a friend when purchasing things. Best of all they actually fish the Gorge area and have a brick and mortar store. Best fly shop on the east side!!
