Atlantic salmon flies usually don't cross over to become steelhead flies but when they do you know they are extra special. This is one of those patterns. This fly features a gold mylar, green and red floss as the butt. The peacock body and black wing and hackle give this a stark contrast to the brighter butt. This can be fished as your primary searching pattern, or as your follow-up pattern if you miss a fish and want to come back with something smaller and darker.
