Review: This is the best euro nymphing rod I’ve ever picked up. They really nailed the design, I can’t think of a single thing I’d change. Maybe the price, but I guess that’s what a premium rod costs today. I can fish all day without a sore shoulder, it’s like an extension of my arm. The longer version of the two weight opens up additional reel possibilities. I ended up with a Bauer, but the Redington Tilt also balances beautifully I just find it aesthetically unpleasant. TILT!

Review: The T&T Contact II is a great fly rod. Easy to cast, very sensitive when feeling strikes and the build quality is outstanding. The Gorge fly shop staff were wonderful in helping me select a Nymphing rod. I highly recommend the rod and the shop!

Review: Such a dramatic improvement over my starter Cabelas euro nymph rod! Paired with a Redington Tilt reel and shoulder pain disappeared immediately. Can do it all day. Accuracy, even with micro leaders, is awesome. Tip sensitivity is off the charts. Can actually feel trout eat the fly in real time. Handles big tailwater fish on 5 and 6X tippet no problem. Spendy rod, but worth it for sure.

Review: Pulled the trigger and picked up the T&T Contact II in 10’9” 3wt. I’ve fished with it for a month and I am happy with the purchase. Gorge Fly Shop fulfilled the order day of purchase and it was delivered in 3 days (Oregon to Pennsylvania). Overall, good experience and would recommend rod and fly shop to other anglers.

Review: I have not yet had the chance to get out on the stream with the T&T, but the service at Gorge Fly Shop was outstanding. Karrie helped me to resolve issues I was having with my mailing address and the order was quickly fulfilled. I will certainly order from Gorge Fly shop again. 👍

Review: Fantastic rod, really haven’t found much if anything that I don’t like about it! I came from a 10’6” cortland nymph which is a good rod for its cost but you certainly get what you pay for with this rod. The extra length seems to help on the longer reach situations without going to the full 11’ range. Very accurate/intuitive even with thin/micro leaders. Decent weight in the hand considering length and build quality is excellent. Very nice recovery, quite sensitive coupled with plenty of backbone for larger fish. Have yet to try with sub 5x tippet but seems like it would protect thinner tippet just fine. Great customer service, safe and quick shipping from Gorge, will buy from them in the future!

Review: This rod is everything I was hoping for: outstanding sensitivity and incredibly light in the hand. Casting is a breeze and protects light tippet and does pop off fish. I also use it for light indicator fishing when it is too windy for me to Euro nymph fish with tiny flies. I have easily tamed fish to 22inches. Fit and finish is what you would expect from T&T.

Review: Whoever answered my phone call was very helpful. Had the rod in stock and got it shipped the same day. Took it for 3 days on the St. Joe and it performed beautifully. Casts beautifully and very sensitive. Still easily stout enough to handle the big Cuts. I love this rod! Kudos to the Gorge Fly shop as well. I really appreciate the professional response. Thanks guys.
