Review: I own three LTX models in both Black and Platinum finish that are on a Scott G Series, and two Winston rods. These reels balance well with today's lightweight rods and have incredibly smooth drag (low start-up inertia) with easy adjustment. All of these hold slightly more backing that listed by Ross. Great looking modern reels that function as good as they look.

Review: The Ross Evolution LTX 4/5 is an awesome reel and the free or near free premium fly line makes this an awesome deal. Gorge Fly Shop also has excellent customer service and ships their items very quickly. I was so please I also ordered a Ross Evolution LTX reel from them also with premium fly line at a very little add on cost đź‘Ť
