Streamer Flies

Trigger aggressive strikes with streamer flies designed to imitate baitfish, leeches, crayfish, sculpins, and other larger food sources. Explore weighted, articulated, and traditional streamers for trout, bass, steelhead, and other freshwater species in rivers, lakes, and stillwater.

Choose the Right Streamer Fly

The right streamer depends on the target species, available forage, water depth, clarity, and current speed. Smaller natural patterns work well in clear or pressured water, while larger articulated or brightly colored flies can attract attention in deeper, faster, or stained conditions.

Consider fly size, weight, profile, color, and the line or sink-tip system needed to reach the intended depth. Streamers can be stripped, swung, dead-drifted, or retrieved with pauses to create different actions and presentations.
