The Asquith Saltwater series is G. Loomis’ flagship fly rod, built to deliver exceptional performance where line speed, accuracy, and durability matter most. Each rod is built on a Spiral X Core blank rolled in Kumamoto, Japan, then hand-assembled in Woodland, Washington. The result is an exceptionally light swing weight, refined action, and dependable strength for demanding saltwater conditions.

Fuji T3 black titanium SiC stripper guides and black PVD recoil snake guides provide reliable line management, while the redesigned G. Loomis reel seat features a curved fixed hood and precision knurling for secure reel attachment and confident control. From technical flats fishing to powerful offshore species, the Asquith Saltwater combines precision, power, and premium craftsmanship in G. Loomis’ most advanced saltwater fly rod series.
