G. Loomis IMX-PRO v2 Freshwater Fly Rods

Purpose-Built Performance for Modern Freshwater Fishing

The G. Loomis IMX-PRO V2 is built for anglers who make time on the water a priority, from first-light starts to the final cast of the day. This freshwater series continues G. Loomis’ long-standing focus on developing actions that help put the fly where you want it across a wide range of fishing situations.

Designed to cover modern freshwater applications, the IMX-PRO V2 lineup includes both versatile all-around models and technique-specific rods. Smooth-recovering actions support accurate casting, efficient line pickup, and dependable performance with dry flies, nymphs, streamers, and other freshwater presentations.

Conduit Core Technology and the GL7 Resin System work together to increase strength and impact resistance without adding unnecessary weight. The result is a responsive collection of day-in, day-out workhorse rods that remain light in hand and enjoyable to fish.

With models ranging from 4-weight trout rods to longer nymphing and streamer-specific configurations, the IMX-PRO V2 series gives anglers practical options for rivers, lakes, and a broad range of freshwater techniques.
