GFS Sage R8 Core Trout Fly Fishing Outfit

Build a trout outfit around the Sage R8 Core rod with line, reel and terminal tackle chosen by the Gorge Fly Shop team. This setup pairs the rod with a Sage Shift LT reel and RIO Premier Gold XP line for anglers who want a complete system instead of piecing one together.

Outfit includes

• Sage R8 Core rod in your chosen size
• Sage Shift LT fly reel
• 100 yards of white 20 lb backing
• RIO Premier Gold XP fly line
• RIO Powerflex leaders: one three-pack of 9-foot 4X and one three-pack of 9-foot 5X
• RIO Powerflex tippet: three-pack in 4X, 5X and 6X
