Redington Classic Trout Fly Rods

Classic Trout Collection - Returns by popular demand!

A great Dry Fly rod: New Redington Classic Trout. You may remember this rod as the CT from years ago or disguised under last years name "Tempt”. Classic Trout really is a better name for describing this series of rods because they just feel good like a true moderate action Trout rod should. Lightweight and moderate action make them appropriate for spring creeks and yet enough power to manage hardware if needed. The forgiving action of Classic Trout just makes them pure fun to cast and efficient sticks for delicate deliveries of dry flies. Value is also what makes the Classic Trout so attractive. You can spend a lot more for a rod that feels this good. So Welcome back Classic Trout. We've missed you!

Designed especially for the trout angler. The moderate action of the rod provides the delicacy needed for technical spring creek scenarios, yet packs enough power for big river and boat fishing. The lightweight blank and forgiving action reduces fatigue for long days on the water.
