Introduced in 1995, the Tibor Everglades helped establish the standard for custom-crafted fly reels. Developed with input from respected anglers including Lefty Kreh and Flip Pallot, it combines a fast large-arbor retrieve, a smooth cork drag, and the durable construction Tibor is known for.

The Everglades is built for demanding saltwater fishing, where quick line pickup and dependable drag performance matter. Its large outer hub maintains fast retrieval even when backing runs low, while the open, perforated spool and frame help manage heat during long runs from bonefish, bonito, wahoo, and other powerful gamefish.
